Cancellation
You can cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days after the product is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please contact our customer service for the correct return address.
- Consumer Responsibility: If the return is due to customer choice, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. The cost will depend on the courier you choose.
- Company Responsibility: If the return is due to damage or an incorrect product, we will cover the shipping fees.
Notes
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day return.
- No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (refunds can take time to appear).
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
